Cancellation Policy

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: Cancellation: 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment to allow us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice (this includes “no-shows”), you will be charged the full amount of your appointment,and balance must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Gift certificates will be voided in lieu of the fee. Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Client is responsible for payment of the full scheduled sessions. Please be on time to your appointment.
